Senior Accountant, Public Accounting
$75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Opportunity to work with a highly regarded team and well-established, growing public accounting firm with a 25+ year history serving the north Boston region. You will manage client relationships and assist in preparing corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Individual (Form 1040), Partnership (Form 1065), Corporate (Form 1120 and 1120S) and Trust (Form 1041) Income Tax Returns
• Assist client with tax planning & projections
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients
• Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters
• Provide outstanding service to clients

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
2. 2+ years tax experience
3. Candidates with CPA license or working toward completion of CPA exam are preferred
4. Experience with individual, partnership, corporate and trust tax returns
5. Proficiency with QuickBooks is a plus
