Position: Department Attorney (Real Estate Litigation / Department Attorney) – off-track
Location: San Francisco, CA
Practice: Real Estate & Construction
Base Salary: This is an off-track role, with a set base salary of $150,000.00 w/ discretionary bonus.
Once the hiring firm identifies you as a candidate they're interested in pursuing, you will be required to fill out a 1-page application, and send a copy of your JD transcript and a writing sample.
Ideally, the new hire will be able to work onsite at their San Francisco, CA office, however candidates that prefer to work fully remote from home that have a CA bar license will be considered. The benefits package includes competitive medical plans (BCBS, Delta Dental, EyeMed), pet insurance, a 4% match with 2% vesting for contributions starting in year 1, commuter benefit plans, family-focused wellness benefits such as IVF coverage and a parenting leave program, a $400 annual wellness allowance, discretionary vacation plan, and an overall emphasis on family and wellness.
