Plaintiff-Side Litigation Paralegal | Up to $80K + Bonus | Excellent Benefits

• Up to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Motivated candidates with less experience may be considered.

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of plaintiff-side litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, interrogatories, correspondence, authorizations, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate court filings, service of process, depositions, and communications with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage discovery materials, client files, litigation calendars, and critical deadlines.
• Conduct legal research involving court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
• Assist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, witness materials, and coordination with court personnel.
• Maintain communication with clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals in a high-volume litigation environment.

• 4–5 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with 2–3 years considered.
• Experience in complex plaintiff-side litigation preferred, although other plaintiff litigation backgrounds will be considered.
• Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, court filings, and trial preparation.
• Strong organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic filing systems, and legal case management software.
• Must be available to work onsite in Tampa, FL, five days per week.

Candidates must have prior plaintiff-side litigation experience and be able to work onsite in Tampa five days per week.
