Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (to $250k + Bonus + Commission)
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 with unlimited earning potential, performance-based bonuses, commission for strong litigation attorneys, and opportunities for advancement.

About the Role: A growing personal injury law practice is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage plaintiff’s personal injury caseloads.
- Develop comprehensive litigation strategies including discovery, depositions, arbitration, and jury trial preparation.
- Draft internal memos, subpoenas, and other discovery-related documents.
- Oversee all aspects of litigation and resolution strategy for personal injury cases.
- Respond to investigative subpoenas from government agencies requesting client or third-party materials.
- Evaluate civil complaints and related documents to prepare litigation and discovery strategies in anticipation of trial.
- Conduct research and provide guidance on Medicare and Medicaid regulations as they relate to client matters.
- Analyze client-specific questions regarding Medicare regulations, guidance, and processes to ensure compliance and effective case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree and active good standing with the California Bar.
- Experience in personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
- Strong analytical, legal research, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to supervise cases and manage litigation strategy independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment while collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff.
