Nurse Manager of Surgical Services (Perioperative Services), Registered Nurse / RN

Minimum Starting Salary: $125K+

We’re partnering with a Critical Access Hospital seeking a hands-on perioperative leader to oversee Surgical Services in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.

The Role

• Lead 2 ORs + 1 Endo Suite

• Oversee Pre-Op, PACU, OR, and SPD (~15 staff)

• Manage daily operations, staffing, and quality

• Circulate in the OR a few times per week

• Drive improvements in team culture and engagement

Case Mix

Ortho, General Surgery, GYN, Podiatry, Endoscopy (~50 cases/month)

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in a CAH or similar setting

• Strong perioperative background; comfortable being hands-on

• Ability to lead in a resource-limited environment

• Someone who can strengthen culture and team dynamics
• Epic experience preferred
