Nurse Manager, Med/Surg | RN Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager / RN Nurse Leader to provide full operational leadership for the Med/Surg department at one of two small critical-access hospital campuses.

About the Role

• Direct leadership of Med/Surg unit at your assigned campus (17–18 bed hospitals)
• Responsible for staffing, workflows, quality, and team performance
• Hands-on leadership style with occasional bedside support as needed (call-offs, coverage gaps) 
• Close collaboration with the other campus and Chief Nursing Officer

Requirements

• BSN preferred 
• Active RN license (Iowa or eligible)
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong communicator and team-oriented leader
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, AVADE (or obtain within 6 months)
