About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Manager of Materials Management / Supply Chain to oversee ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and distribution of supplies for a small community hospital. 

What You’ll Do

• Order, receive, and distribute supplies and equipment hospital-wide

• Manage inventory using just-in-time principles

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Ensure materials meet quality, infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records

• Partner with hospital departments to understand supply needs

• Support preventive maintenance records and perform light maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of materials management, facilities, or supply chain experience

• Minimum of 1 year hospital-based experience

• Hospital or large skilled nursing facility background preferred

• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

• Comfortable working hands-on and walking the supply chain

• Computer-literate with experience ordering supplies online

• Positive, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
