Licensed Clinician - LMHC or LICSW

Our client, a non-profit organization out of Andover, MA, is currently looking to hire a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinician to join their team! This individual will play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for guests. They will write and implement structured behavioral plans and support individuals in building the skills they need to thrive.

• Salary: $80,000-$85,000/annually

Duties include:

• Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status exams
• Provides assessment of guests that may be in psychiatric crisis
• Provide training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma informed care and topics related to mental health issues
• Attend all required trainings and meetings including risk meetings, human rights meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications:

• LMHC or LICSW and a Master's Degree in mental health or related field
• 3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven knowledge of behavioral support techniques and planning a collaborative, flexible, and solutions-driven mindset
• Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
• Valid driver’s license, and satisfactory CORI and DDS background check
