*A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience working with an MSP (managed service provider).  Candidates must be willing to work in their office in Brooklyn, NY 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.


Job Description: 
Come join a thriving MSP right in Brooklyn, NY!  They have seen 50-100% growth year over year for the past 3 years, with no signs of slowing down (40 employees).  This is a full time / permanent position onsite at their office.  They are looking to hire for levels 1-3, Support Technician (Help Desk, Support Engineer, Technical Support - Tier 1, Tier 2, & Tier 3).  They support customers as an MSP and are growing and need professional, driven, smart and reliable technicians to grow with the company!

Qualifications:
  • Great verbal and written communication.
  • Active listening skills and ability to empathize with people and findings answers to new problems.
  • Driven to learn new technologies, methods, and practical skills.
  • Experience working in a Help Desk environment.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system.
  • Work in Brooklyn office, answer calls, create tickets, and assist clients with support.
  • Be customer service oriented, and maintain current and accurate ticketing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience working with an MSP (managed service provider), with some of the following technologies:
    • Windows 10 and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory Domain Services, Azure AD, File sharing, MS SharePoint One Drive Administration, MS Intune/Endpoint Manager, Cisco Meraki Administration and 802.1X Advanced networking.
