Contract / Temp / Part-Time Hourly: $40-55/hr (ideally payable to your LLC).  Candidate must be US Citizens or Green Card holders and be in the continental United States. 

Candidates MUST be fluent in Spanish, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with law firms to be considered.


Located in Miami, FL (work remotely), our esteemed client is a prominent boutique litigation law firm dedicated to formulating intelligent, results-oriented strategies to address the distinctive litigation requirements of its clientele. Specializing in complex commercial litigation, they advocate for both companies and individual clients across diverse sectors such as financial services, investments, real estate, banking, securities, cross-border partnerships, international judgment and asset collection, as well as securing evidence in the U.S. for utilization in foreign proceedings.  They currently seek to hire an experienced Legal Marketing Specialist (Contract / Part-Time) to join their team immediately on a project basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal marketing, be fluent in Spanish, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with law firms.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Communicate with Legal Publications:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local and international legal publications.
    • Coordinate submissions for legal rankings and awards.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling press releases.
    • Generate engaging content for social media platforms and other marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years working in legal marketing, specifically for law firms.
  • Language Skills:
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Ability to fluently read and write in Spanish for effective communication with publishers.
  • Availability:
    • Approximately 15 hours per week for the first 3 months.
    • Flexibility in work hours, with the ability to respond to emails and perform tasks during business hours.
  • Contractual Arrangement:
    • The initial engagement is on a part-time, project basis.
    • If the candidate proves successful, the arrangement will be ongoing and indefinite.
