Lateral Partner – National Litigation Law Firm (Remote)
Location: California (Remote Flexible, 11 offices statewide)
Compensation: Highly competitive salary (commensurate with experience) + incentives

About the Opportunity:Employment Litigation
Wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation claims
Wage and hour disputes (individual and class)
Employment counseling and compliance for private employers
General Liability / Tort Defense
Premises liability and personal injury defense (private client focus)
Professional liability and complex torts
Product liability and commercial tort matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Active California Bar in good standing.
Portable book of business: Minimum $750,000.
Strong track record in commercial, employment, or general liability litigation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships with private clients and corporate entities.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and interest in cross-selling within a national, multi-disciplinary platform.
Values autonomy, integrity, and innovation in practice management.
