Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate (1-5 years of experience as an attorney required)
Location: California - Remote flexibility offered, but must be local to CA, with occasional in-office appearances in one of the law firm’s offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Oxnard, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Carlsbad, San Diego, Walnut Creek.
Compensation: Base salary of $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus
Billing / hours: 1900

Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license required.
- Up to 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on FEHA cases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with the law firm’s team.
- Familiarity with federal employment laws is advantageous but not required.
