We're working with a rural healthcare organization in Oregon seeking an experienced Interim Director of Outpatient Clinics to help stabilize and strengthen clinic operations.

The Opportunity:

• One rural health clinic | ~8,000 annual visits

• Reports directly to the CEO

• Cerner Community Works

• Family Medicine, FNP, OB, General Surgery, Dermatology & Orthopedics

• Lead a team of clinical and administrative staff

• Newly unionized environment entering negotiations

Key Priorities:

• Stabilize operations and improve morale

• Strengthen staff and provider relationships

• Improve workflows, access and patient volume

• Support financial and operational performance

• Mentor and develop an emerging internal leader

Looking for a hands-on, visible leader who can balance day-to-day operations with strategic leadership and enjoys developing people.
