A well-established community hospital is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Cardiology/Cath Lab to lead a busy, recently renovated cardiac program.

This is an immediate interim need, with the potential for the right candidate to transition into a permanent position.

• 2 newly renovated Cath Labs
• Approximately 150 cases/month
• 24/7 Cath Lab coverage
• Open-heart surgery program
• Approximately 15 FTEs
• Strong, experienced cardiology team
• Hands-on clinical leadership when needed to monitor & circulate

The ideal candidate will be an RN/BSN with Cath Lab experience and leadership experience who is a visible, supportive, servant-minded leader. The immediate priority is to provide stability, build trust with the team, and lead day-to-day operations following a recent leadership transition.
