  • Not expected to work a shift but do want someone who can be elbow to elbow assisting and coaching staff when needed.
  • Current Director is leaving middle of July
  • Current census 8
  • 25 FTEs
  • Seeking someone to help with patient satisfaction; staffing models; quality initiatives; and how to maximize their House Supervisor model
