We are seeking an experienced Interim ED Nursing Director to provide steady, credible leadership for a 26-bed Emergency Department at a small independent community hospital.

Highlights:

• 20+ beds | Non-trauma
• ~25,000 annual visits
• High-acuity patient population with complex comorbidities
• Serves a regional community
• Assistant Manager supports daily operations
• Reports to the CNO (former ED Director with long organizational tenure)

• Proven Emergency Department leadership experience

• Calm, no-nonsense, and highly credible presence

• Strong at physician alignment and nursing culture reset

• Relationship-driven; leads through influence

• Able to assess quickly, stabilize, and set direction
