Our client, one of the largest and most dynamic business and litigation law firms in the region, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their team out of Manchester, NH.
Requirements:
- New Hampshire Bar admission required; admission in MA, ME, or VT is a plus
- 5–10 years of family law experience (divorce, child custody and support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, etc.)
- Represent clients in family court proceedings, including divorce and child custody disputes
- Provide clients with legal advice regarding their rights and options in family law matters
- Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and court motions related to family law cases
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
