We are thrilled to be partnering with our client on this search for an Executive Assistant to join their Cleveland office! They are a boutique is a global investment firm with a long history of success. The firm maintains a collaborative, high performance culture and partners closely with management teams to drive operational improvement and long-term value creation.

The firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Cleveland office to support the team. The Executive Assistant will act as an administrative partner to 3-4 team members across multiple time zones, who travel frequently and rely on seamless coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a small, dynamic environment, enjoys some event planning and taking full ownership of their work, and brings a strong service mindset to internal stakeholders.

Our client’s office is located in downtown Cleveland with FREE onsite parking provided for all their employees!
HYBRID work schedule – In Office Monday – Thursday, Remote Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex, multi-stop travel coordination across U.S. time zones
  • Preparing detailed itineraries, meeting materials, and client-facing documents
  • Managing expenses, reimbursements, and administrative workflows
  • Scheduling meetings, calls, conferences, and client engagements

Sales Meeting & Event Support
  • Coordinating breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and advisor meetings
  • Organizing in-office meetings such as Lunch & Learn sessions and group client meetings
  • Managing logistics, setup, follow-ups, and materials associated with sales activity

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must bring strong communication skills, polish, and professional presence
  • Responsive, adaptable, and quick-thinking
  • Exceptionally fast-paced, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong multitasker with excellent follow-through
  • Highly dependable and comfortable working independently in the office
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven with a “no task too big or too small” mindset
  • Comfortable support team members who travel frequently

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience
  • Bonus 5% - 10% Target
  • Profit Sharing
  • 100% Company paid Healthcare including vision and dental care
  • FREE parking in the garage in their building
  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday - HYBRID work schedule – In Office Monday – Thursday, Remote Friday
  • 15 days of PTO + all standard holidays
