Employment Attorney - National Defense Law Firm

Location:  Remote but with firm office in Wilmington, DE (occasional office visits, court visits, etc.)


Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $275,000 (plus bonus), with the final offer determined by factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and the specific location where the role is based.

A prominent national law firm operating in every state across the country is recruiting accomplished Employment Attorneys licensed to practice in Delaware. Ideal applicants bring two or more years of hands-on experience in employment-related disputes (the firm will consider candidates more junior from competing AM100 defense firms), covering multi-plaintiff lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims.  This opportunity is well-suited for a dedicated litigator who excels in navigating sophisticated employment conflicts and is committed to securing favorable resolutions for clients.
