Director of Patient Access / Patient Accounting
Salary starting at $180k+A leading healthcare system is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Access to oversee patient accounting, billing, collections, and scheduling operations. This role is critical in driving financial performance while ensuring a positive patient financial experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead patient accounting and revenue cycle operations across multiple service lines

• Oversee billing/collections and drive cash flow improvements

• Collaborate with payors to resolve claims issues

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Epic system workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• 7+ years of patient accounting and management experience

• Epic system expertise (must-have)

• Strong leadership and revenue cycle knowledge
