What You’ll Do:

• Modernize HR with a focus on the employee experience.

• Serve as a trusted, approachable partner to staff and leadership.

• Lead a small HR team and oversee compliance, employee relations, and engagement.

• Support recruitment and retention in a competitive healthcare market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven HR leadership (recent healthcare/hospital experience required).

• Balance of expertise and innovation

• Personable, approachable, and culturally aligned.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) a strong plus.
