About the Role
The Digital Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for managing the flow and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, delivering on campaigns that produce high impact for our goals.
You will collaborate with the Marketing Managers and the Creative Director to ensure that the team is executing on marketing initiatives in a way that is efficient, effective, and timely.
You will support the Digital Marketing Team in the development and execution of insight-driven digital marketing campaigns—including campaign ideation, creative execution, media acquisition, landing page development and optimization.
You will also cover SEO/SEM, digital display, text-based ads, paid social and paid remarketing, as well as establishing and monitoring KPIs for each campaign and initiative, creating data driven reports.
Consistently align work to CSB’s values and develop a solution focused mindset, while building emotional connections by using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding.
Collaborate with internal creative director, external agencies, and specialty partners (as needed) to develop digital creative content in numerous formats and in alignment with company branding.
Manage reporting, analyze results, and uncover optimization opportunities to increase growth along with assisting in the development and management of the website, including content development and ongoing updates.
Manage the deployment of ongoing email campaigns via Constant Contact and Sendgrid email platforms.
Partner with the digital marketing team and digital banking team to define A/B testing strategies, including testing copy, display ad creative, landing pages and tactics to test, learn and improve digital marketing performance.
Aid in the research and discovery of new marketing technologies and tools that will help us scale our digital marketing programs.
Support social media activities, including content development and posting, as well as asset creation for new digital banking product launches.
Collaborate with Market Research & Segmentation Manager to review customer feedback survey insights and identify areas for digital experience improvement.
Facilitate all necessary coordination with internal partners for review and approval of campaign materials including media schedule and asset releases.

About You
- Experience with display advertising, paid search (PPC) and SEO - organic search.
- Email Marketing Automation Platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo or similar
- Social Media Marketing Paid and Organic including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
- Has managed creative assets working with creative teams in house or external.
- Build, manage and strategize various campaigns in search, display and email.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
