SUMMARY: The Corporate Developer primary objective is to ensure all systems are generating the greatest productivity at the lowest cost. This position is required to partner with the business to evaluate, assess and enhance the programming systems needed to support an organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that other software can be fully integrated into the ERP system. Develops new modules to enhance system performance. This entails collaborating with the business and IT team members in testing new applications to ensure functional requirements are met.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.
  • Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
  • Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications.
  • Perform as liaison between functional teams, IT Application Support, IT Development and DBA teams on system issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Report writing and query creation in relation to ERP source system data.
  • Research, document and resolve technical issues relating to Oracle Fusion, Lucernex, and ADP.
  • Evaluate new ADP functionality and suggest system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and to streamline processes.
  • Develop detailed documentation for system enhancements and business cases assisting enhancement requests.
  • Prepare process and user training documentation for ERP system implementation.
  • Interact with 3rd Party Support on issues requiring technical assistance requests for ERP systems.
  • Assist in coordination of Oracle Fusion, ADP & Lucernex testing and release processes.
  • Provide ad hoc training on system functionality as requested by business owners.
  • Ensure system issues are resolved on time and efficiently to meet Accounting, HR & Finance team’s deadlines.

Position responsibilities requires minimal travel.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with PaaS & SaaS such as Oracle & ADP solutions
  • Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
  • Working technical experience with relational database servers.
  • Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Excellent customer service skills, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Project management, organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across levels within the organization.
  • Experience in Windows & Unix operating systems operating in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Experience with application development: SQL, Java, Python, C++, C#, scripting, or SOAP/REST
  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and patterns: EML Schemas, SOAP, WS Specifications
  • Hands-on experience using DevOps tools: GitHub, CICD, Jenkins, Rabbit and Rancher
  • Experience with Oracle OIC Middleware.
  • Meticulous knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
