Controller - Start Up - $180K

A newly formed (March 2022) rapidly growing private equity backed company is looking to fill a newly upgraded Controller position. Company is currently hovering around $100M in revenue with approximately 80 employees. This new company's growth is being fueled by acquisition, and they have plans to aggressively continue acquiring other organizations. This is a great opportunity to get in at the ground level. Position is on-site in their new office in Innsbrook.

Controller Duties:

• Manage all Accounting & Finance functions for the organization
• Assist with integrating new acquisitions into the organization's financial system/processes
• Financial consolidation of all operating companies accounting figures
• Work with external auditors
• Assist CFO with various FP&A and treasury duties
• Assist with new financial system implementation (Netsuite)
• Financial statement preparation
• Assist payroll accountant
• Process improvements
• Internal controls implementations
• Other duties as needed

Controller Requirements:

• CPA
• 5-10+ years experience in a Controller role
• Prior public accounting experience preferred
• Private equity backed company experience preferred

Controller Compensation / Benefits:

• Salary range: $130-150K base
• Annual Bonus: 20%
