Duties include:
- Support all aspects of the clinical department at the facility by aiding in and setting departmental goals and objectives.
- Participate in inter-departmental meetings and maintain correspondence to facilitate communication and effective overall program management between departments.
- Facilitate regular clinical staff meetings and case reviews to address ongoing client, documentation and program issues.
- Assign clients to therapist caseloads, and maintain daily working knowledge of who is providing care to which clients.
- Collaborate with admissions, business development and medical/psych as well as Director of Clinical Services/Executive Director.
- Maintain a smaller direct therapy caseload than staff therapists, and facilitate clinical groups as needed.
- Monitor compliance with the department of Public Health.
- Manage client group and overall clinical program schedule.
- Supervise and support clinical team and maintain ongoing discussion of departmental issues including staff and client concerns.
- Clinical Licensure in mental health field (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I).
- Related professional experience, including 2 years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and experience in adolescent treatment.
- One year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role.
- Specific training in child and teen development, including a minimum of five college credit hours in courses.
- Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families.
