Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A growing cardiology group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. This is a new position, with an additional provider expected to be added in approximately three months.

The role will be in an office inside the hospital and offers a combination of inpatient and outpatient cardiology, working closely with experienced cardiologists who are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• New patient evaluations and cardiology consultations
• Inpatient and outpatient patient management
• Evaluation and treatment of patients with cardiac conditions
• Collaboration with cardiologists on treatment plans
• Stress testing as needed
• Anticipated volume of up to 20–25 patients per day

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Ideal Candidate:

• NP or PA
• Cardiology experience highly preferred
• A ICU / critical care background will be considered
• Experience with cardiac disease and treatment modalities
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-management skills
