Audit Supervisor (Public Accounting) - Hybrid - Summer Fridays Off

Compensation & Benefits Highlights:

• Salary range= $95-$100K + bonus
• 32-hour work weeks during Summer (Office closed on Fridays from May-August)
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
• 12 paid holidays
• 401(k) with match and 3% contribution
• Flexible schedules available
• "Dress for your day" policy. (casual unless there’s a client meeting) 
• Up to 40 hours of provided CPE training

Audit Supervisor Duties:

• Lead, train, and develop audit staff through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and engagement profitability; resolve issues as they arise.
• Foster collaboration, celebrate team successes, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Uphold professional integrity while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Audit Manager Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years applicable management experience
• 4-5+ years total audit experience
• CPA License
