Our client, an established civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their team (hybrid schedule). This person in this role will handle court appearances, pleading motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial. He/she will also be a key part of the client relationship.
Offering a salary of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, plus a generous bonus program based on billing metrics, as well as full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term, long-term disability, and a 401k plan with employer match). Also offering comprehensive training and mentoring, flexible scheduling, and a partnership track!

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed California attorney looking to develop litigation experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- 4-5 years of civil litigation experience (trial experience is a plus).
