Looking to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support senior executives and help keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Ideal for a new college graduate looking to gain real world experience!
This is a full-time, 6-month temporary opportunity based in our Boston Seaport office, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr (DOE)

Executive Support
- Serve as a trusted partner to two senior executives, providing high-level administrative support
- Own complex, ever-changing calendars—juggling priorities, time zones, and last-minute shifts with ease
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (you’ll be trained on their internal platform)
- Manage and track executive expenses with accuracy and discretion
- Handle occasional personal logistics (think lunch coordination or quick requests that keep the day moving smoothly)
- Jump in on special projects and firm initiatives
- Assist with planning and executing internal events
- Act as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and confident
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
- Experience with Concur and basic IT knowledge is a plus
