Account Executive – Title Insurance (Connecticut Market)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with title agents, real estate attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals throughout Connecticut
- Determine appropriate service levels for each client and deliver accordingly
- Follow up on sales leads, referrals, and client visits
- Increase policy submissions from existing clients
- Identify and respond to evolving client business needs
- Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients and their staff
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems
- Plan and participate in networking events, educational seminars, and industry functions
- Stay current on Connecticut and national title industry trends and regulatory developments
- Contribute to sales forecasting and meet established revenue goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Connecticut Title Insurance industry (required)
- Strong understanding of Connecticut real estate and title processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout assigned Connecticut territory
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with real estate attorneys, paralegals, lenders, and title agents
- Existing book of business exceeding $1M strongly preferred
