Job Description for L2 Technician
Must have recent and relevant ServiceNow experience
· Experience with AD, File share access provisioning
· Experience supporting Microsoft OS—Win 7, Win 10
· Experience supporting Microsoft Office apps—Office 365, Teams
· Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Mimecast
· Experience supporting Adobe
· Experience with ServiceNow
· Ability to support users on the phone as well as in person
· Knowledge of Imaging computers
· Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, Mobilepass, Intune
· Support of mobile devices, Iphone, Ipad
· Knowledge of Mac OS, hardware
· Experience in the use of Intune, Azure
· Webex, Zoom support experience
· Laptop (Dell) hardware support
· Other responsibilities as needed
