Requirements
  • Experience working as a computer/ phone hardware technician for a broad range of devices such as desktops, notebooks, PC, Mac, and cell phones
  • Experience in computer networking and IT support
  • Mac products
  • iPhone and Smartphone repair experience
  • Strong network installation and troubleshooting including Meraki devices
  • Strong customer service skills servicing end users at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work well individually and within a team
  • Ability to adapt and have strong organization skills

Communication Skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with all departments 
  • Ability to professionally interface with executive, C-Suite customers
 
Adaptability 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle shifting priorities 
  • Flexibility and desire to work outside regular business hours when necessary
  • Ability to rise to any occasion and commit to the solution as required
