we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Program Manager for our Architecture program with experience across technical disciplines within an Agile and Scrum-based development environment.

  • As the program manager for company's Architecture team you will help build and execute our enterprise-wide Architecture strategies, standards, tooling and reporting. You’ll be coordinating with world-class engineers and architects within this team, as well as essentially all of the product and delivery teams across enterprise.
  • You're very familiar with managing workload in JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools, especially within an Agile Methodology Responsibilities:
  • You'll own internal/external communications to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of decisions and status
  • Drive success by developing milestones and holding individuals and teams accountable for deliverables • Work with Architecture leads to develop OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and track progress against initiatives that will "move the needle"
  • Collaborate with Program Managers within the organization to oversee dependencies and deliverables to stay one step ahead of potential blockers
  • Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies
  •  You are a master communicator and a strategic thinker - you're able to communicate and act upon decisions and risks appropriately and effectively
  • You possess strong technical acumen, with fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology, modern software delivery methods, and technology architecture. • This knowledge doesn't need to be practical, but at a level of understanding needed to lead development or release tasks
  • Understanding of managing full life-cycle of large-scale program /projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects / initiatives. • Ability to become the change agent for the program and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Work with cross matrix organization to drive outcomes for the program.
  • Exposure to or understanding of Product focused program management
  • Help drive cross functional PI planning & execution for Architecture team.
  • Provide weekly status, update storyboards, and help define and write project plan
  • A passion for process improvement and always looking to try and make things go faster and smoother
  • Using automation, drive efficiencies for our architecture governance processes
  • Effectively run architecture governance committees for enterprise
  •  Work w/ other technical program managers on financials, resource allocations, budget
  • Be the focal point in the architecture organization for everything compliance : policies, standards, controls.
