Tax Accountant with ownership opportunity

Currently looking to hire a full-time Accountant to provide accounting and tax support to diverse global clients, eventually gaining partial ownership of the firm.  CPA license is highly preferred.  Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail skills.  The firm also does wealth management and, if interested, a partnership for this section can exist as well.

Responsibilities include:
· Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual and trust returns.
· Prepare and review accounting work papers for corporate and partnership tax returns.
· Assist with tax planning and research.
· Interest in management advisory services.
· Interest in financial planning and wealth management.
· Very near-term partner/ownership opportunity.

Schedule:
· 9 am -6pm During Tax Season and Saturdays, after Tax Season 9 am – 5 pm
