This is a full time / permanent position onsite at their office. They are looking to hire a Tier 3 Support Engineer ASAP! They support customers as an MSP and are growing and need professional, driven, smart and reliable technicians to grow with the company!

Qualifications:
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Active listening skills and ability to empathize with people and findings answers to new problems.
- Driven to learn new technologies, methods, and practical skills.
- Experience working in a Help Desk environment.
- Experience working with a ticketing system.
- Work in Brooklyn office, answer calls, create tickets, and assist clients with support.
- Be customer service oriented, and maintain current and accurate ticketing.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience working with an MSP (managed service provider), with some of the following technologies:
- Windows 10 and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory Domain Services, Azure AD, File sharing, MS SharePoint One Drive Administration, MS Intune/Endpoint Manager, Cisco Meraki Administration and 802.1X Advanced networking.
