We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneur-minded professional , to join  Product Management team as a Digital PM. This person will play a critical role in driving our digital ambition. This candidate will collaborate with business leaders to create as well as execute the digital roadmap that drive the growth in the business unite through the implementation of new technology

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products.
• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap product goals and objectives.
• Champion the ideation, development, and go-to-market of Viable Products and scale them accordingly
• Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery through creation and validation to production.
• Become the house expert in our software solutions, driving the right questions to understand the "what" and the "why"
• Breakdown the product vision into user stories while creating storyboards, write Specs, prioritize features, and build consensus, as well as coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers / designers. - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Handle and facilitate communication throughout the development process between internal team and customers while inspiring the freedom and autonomy of the teams.
• Coordinate and build strong relationships with various internal stakeholder groups, IT, Engineering, Legal
• get in depth with staying compeitive in an every changing commercial marketplace
• Develops talent and develops team skillsets.
   

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
 

• A good decision-maker that inspires the confidence and Has the ability to present various cases with confidence.
• Excellent product judgment/ intuition
• Detail oriented: recognize aesthetic and functional details and can make pragmatic decisions for prioritization / optimization
• Strategic insight in understanding  the industry and can use your knowledge to predict the behavior of  key market players.
• strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies / Scrum / SAFe
