Senior Demand Generation Manager

Our Boston based client creates uninterrupted technology where their customers can thrive without downtime or disruptions.

The senior demand generation manager will act to unify demand generation processes and flow, developing an acute focus on lead generation and lead advancement. They will foster a close connection to our account development team to ensure all leads being handed off are primed for a sales conversation. His or her overarching charter will be to explore, oversee and optimize full-funnel demand generation activities from field to digital marketing – both in effectively feeding the funnel and driving progression.

To do this they will orchestrate and recommend strategies for optimizing the Digital Channels, MarTech stack, nurture functions, and digital operations. This role will report to the Director of Digital Strategy and Demand Generation and work closely with members of the digital and web strategy team, marketing operations, analytics, and account development team as a strategic and technically skilled resource.


  • Act as a critical intermediary across all demand gen teams and Marketing Ops to provide an over archive accountability of the Marketing-wide demand generation machine
  • Along with the broader demand gen team, ideate and execute funnel optimization strategies to drive against our pipeline targets, sales goals, and to drive favorable ROI
  • Provide insightful cross-channel analytics that demonstrate the impact of demand gen efforts against our pipeline goals and make recommendations for where to increase or decrease efforts
  • Participate in bi-weekly lead life cycle meetings which bring together Digital Marketing, ADR management and Marketing Operations teams to tackle operational and strategic demand generation projects
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify buying signals, build segments, scoring and target audiences
  • Develop a prescriptive process for examining and optimizing our client’s marketing funnel with a goal of driving enterprise opportunities for our sales organization and reducing SLAs
  • Partner with campaign stakeholders to introduce meaningful A/B tests and iterate campaign successes


  • Experience with ABM/Database marketing
  • Experience with a broad range of MarTech stack tools such as Marketo, SalesLoft, Evergage, PathFactory, or other similar software
  • 8-10 years of experience, preferably in B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience partnering with ADR teams and marketing operations functions
  • Big picture thinker. Hands on “do-er”. Problem solver and creative thinker
  • Past marketing agency or consulting experience is a bonus
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well with a virtual team
