Registered Dental Hygienist

Seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join one of the Boston area’s most comprehensive dental practices! 

This is a full-time position, 32-40 hours/ week of your choice!  The office is open Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5pm and Fridays 7:30am-4pm.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures (including Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planning, and Perio Charting).
- Take digital X-rays with the Schick system as required.
- Maintain and sterilize dental equipment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
- Document patient treatment records accurately and timely in the EHR system.
- Assist the dentist with clinical procedures as needed.
- Maintain infection control protocols as per OSHA guidelines.

Requirements:
- Active Dental Hygiene License in Massachusetts.
- Certification in Radiology.
- Anesthesia Certification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using OpenDental Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
