Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for cross-functional projects, which may involve multiple departments, suppliers and/or customers, including prioritization, planning, coordination, risk mitigation, monitoring and reporting.

Program Manager Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Facilitating project prioritization by senior management
  • Documenting project objectives and developing project scopes
  • Developing detailed cross-functional project plans
  • Coordinating internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects
  • Managing project-related communication with suppliers and customers
  • Identifying risks and performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Reporting and, if needed, escalating to senior management

Skills Required & Experience Required:

10+ years working as a Program Manager preferably in the semiconductor or robotics industry.  Other industry experience will also be considered.

Education Required:

BS or ME in Electrical, Mechanical, Software or Mechatronics Engineering
