Requirements:
-10+ years of accounting experience
-Current or recent experience as a Plant Controller or Plant Accountant in a manufacturing environment
-5+ years experience in a leadership/supervisory role
Duties Overview:
-Cost Accounting
-Financial statement analysis
-Accounting Controls review & implementation
-Month end close
-Financial Reporting
-Budgeting
-Forecasting
-Lead and coach staff
-Decision analysis and recommendations to management
-Process improvement
