- Compensation Range: $86,112.00 - $102,170.00 annually
- Total Compensation Overview: If starting with a base salary of $86,112, the total compensation package increases to approximately $110,000 when additional benefits are factored in. For senior-level candidates with a base salary of $102,170, the total compensation can range from $125,000 to $130,000+
Annual Benefits:
- Retirement Contribution: Generally around 4.5% after the first year, equating to $3,875 annually

Position Overview: Our client is searching for a dedicated Physical Therapist to develop, manage, and execute therapeutic programs aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating discomfort, building strength, and addressing disabilities caused by illness or injury.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized physical therapy programs to maintain or restore physical capabilities, reduce pain, and prevent dysfunction.
- Assess medical records and physician referrals, consulting with the patient and healthcare professionals to create and evaluate treatment plans.
- Establish and document therapy goals, expected outcomes, and strategies for reassessment.
- Conduct assessments to measure patient capabilities, including strength, motor skills, sensory perception, and circulatory efficiency, with records maintained in the electronic medical system.
- Track patient progress and modify treatment as needed to meet goals, consulting with or referring to other specialists as necessary.
- Provide education to patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and health promotion.
- Guide patients in the use of mobility aids, such as crutches, walkers, or canes, and provide instructions for exercises or treatments to continue at home.
- Complete the discharge process when therapy objectives have been reached, including coordinating follow-up care or making referrals for additional services.
Minimum Requirements:

- Must obtain an active Nevada Physical Therapy license from the Nevada State Board within 60 days of starting employment
- Certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS)
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting
- Occasional travel to other clinics may be necessary, depending on managerial discretion.
