Description:
Will have direct reporting responsibility to a designated nursing director and responsibility for the overall operations of the nursing unit to include financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements: 

1. 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in an academic medical center hospital setting
2. 5 years experience as an RN in an academic hospital setting
3. Bachelor’s degree in nursing
4. Clear and active RN / Registered Nurse license
