Job Description for L2 Technician (3 openings - looking to move ASAP)

Must have servicenow, Windows and MAC support experience 

Level 2 and some 3

Financial Services experience desired

 

· Experience with AD, File share access provisioning

· Experience supporting Microsoft OS—Win 10/Mac

· Experience supporting Microsoft Office apps—Office 365, Teams

· Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Mimecast

· Experience supporting Adobe

· Experience with Financial Applications- Bloomberg, etc

· Experience with ServiceNow--required

· Ability to support users on the phone as well as in person

· Knowledge of Imaging computers

· Understand functionality of networks

· Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, Mobilepass, Intune

· Support of mobile devices, Iphone, Ipad

· Knowledge of Mac OS, hardware

· Experience in the use of Intune, Azure

· Teams, Zoom support experience

· Laptop/Desktop (Dell) hardware support

· Other responsibilities as needed

· Temp to Perm
