immediate need for a Full Stack Developer II to work on development projects for our fast-growing organization.
We are looking for developers preferably with experience in object-oriented software design, product development, delivery and support for web-based and mobile-based applications.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to the design and coding of the next-generation unified communication system.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently or as a team member. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly. This is a growing company where you will be a driven and self-disciplined with the ability to own projects from start to finish in an agile fashion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own problems end to end from ideation through planning and scoping to implementation and launch
- Contribute to the architecture, system and infrastructure design, and coding of our next generation large scale mobile native and mobile web applications.
- Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to engage in full stack development.
- Maintain a high bar for quality and performance of your product with vigorous attention to detail and automated testing.
- Work in continuous integration/deployment environment.
- Stay current on software engineering trends & tools, and be practical but open-minded in applying them.
- Solve challenging scaling problems to ensure a seamless user experience and high uptime.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software development
- Experience with Angular 9+
- Experience with consuming, extending, and designing JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with HTTP, JSON, Websockets, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers
- Experience with Ionic Framework using Ionic Capacitor
- Experience with Golang, Kubernetes, micro-services architecture, and Docker containers
- Experience in working with cloud services providers such as AWS
- Extensive use of APIs and understanding of HTTP and REST architecture
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, coding, unit testing and debugging skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PWA
- Familiarity Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Experience with LAMP/WAMP stack
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Gulp, Grunt, webpack, Browserify)
- Experience with CSS and/or JS extension languages (SASS, LESS, TypeScript)
- Experience with JS dependency management tools (npm, bower, yarn)
- Grasp of UCC Communications Protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC), related protocols like STUN/TURN
- Familiarity with streaming technologies like Kafka, Kafka Streams, KSQL or RabbitMQ
