Newly Created Credit & Collections Administrator Role: Work from Home 2 Days! Elk Grove Village
Our client, an established family-owned distributor in the robotics industry, is seeking a Credit & Collections Administrator to oversee it's Credit & Collections. The company's culture is laid-back and friendly, where everyone works together.
Responsibilities:
· Establish new and existing credit lines
· Negotiate collection of all delinquent accounts
· Develop and enforce credit policies
· Run credit reports
· Collaborate with branch managers and salespeople to solve customer credit problems
· Batch customer payments for deposits to the bank
· Backup for accounting manager for bank deposits and cash application to customer accounts
· Producing monthly customer statements
· A/R reconcile to G/L report
· Run monthly reports
· New customer setups
· Order releases
· Handle customer credit applications and checking references
