Client Service Manager (Investments/Retirement/Insurance)

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of a more formalized Client Service Model.
  • In-bound and out-bound customer service calls with existing clients
  • Outbound calls to existing customers to schedule annual & quarterly review meetings with their Financial Representative
  • Submitting applications and other paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of financial services experience specifically 401k, 403b, IRAs, Pension Plans, ESOPs, Employee Benefits, mutual funds, annuities, etc.
  • Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and/or 66 licenses strongly preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
