Applications, Final Test and Customer Service Engineer
2-5 relevant experience,  

Job Summary:

          To provide customer support, including both troubleshooting and support of new applications in the field. Conduct customer demos, R&D activities, and address other internal business needs.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide customer support
• Conduct R&D activities
• Assist customer demo
• Write and update standard operating procedures
• Write specifications for customer tools
• Perform final acceptance test
• Up to 20% travel 

Specialized knowledge, if any:

• Hands-on experience in lab or other R&D environment, with an on emphasis new product development including planning, conducting, and documenting test procedures
• Must be able to read mechanical drawings and schematics 
• Be familiar with manufacturing procedures, safety regulations
• Five years semiconductor or related experience a plus

Education Requirement:

BS or MS in science or engineering

Other Requirements:

•         Proficient with MS office programs
•          US citizen or permanent residence
