Accounts Payable Coordinator - North Shore location

The A/P Coordinator will have the following responsibilities and deliverables:
- Management of invoice entry, including supervision of off-site team (3rd party service)
- Payment of suppliers (working closely with the VP of Finance to perform weekly check run)
- Main contact point for suppliers; communication with suppliers
- Process employee expense checks, consultant pay checks
- Request and handle W-9 information
- Maintain contact list for vendors
- Oversee filing as needed
- Perform administrative support as needed
- Annual reporting such as 1099 processing
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business requirements
The A/P Coordinator will have the following skills:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Office Manager role
- Working knowledge of accounting software preferably QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts
- Working knowledge of MS OFFICE Suite, including MS Excel
- Highest level of integrity and honesty – willingness to go above and beyond – flexibility
- Team Player – willing to do what is needed to help the organization become successful
- Must be capable of working with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar discipline
