Accounts Payable Coordinator - North Shore location

The A/P Coordinator will have the following responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Management of invoice entry, including supervision of off-site team (3rd party service)
  • Payment of suppliers (working closely with the VP of Finance to perform weekly check run)
  • Main contact point for suppliers; communication with suppliers
  • Process employee expense checks, consultant pay checks
  • Request and handle W-9 information
  • Maintain contact list for vendors
  • Oversee filing as needed
  • Perform administrative support as needed
  • Annual reporting such as 1099 processing
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business requirements

The A/P Coordinator will have the following skills:

  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Office Manager role
  • Working knowledge of accounting software preferably QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE Suite, including MS Excel
  • Highest level of integrity and honesty – willingness to go above and beyond – flexibility
  • Team Player – willing to do what is needed to help the organization become successful
  • Must be capable of working with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar discipline
