Office Administrator/Order Entry

Position: Office Administrator 

Location: Beaverton, OR

Job Summary:  I have partnered with a long standing, reputable manufacturing organization, in search of a Office Administrator to be responsible for divisional business unit, order administration to invoicing.

Position Responsibilities (snippet):
• Booking of sales orders.
• Work with other departments to resolve order issues.
• Credit checks, references, establishing customer terms.
• Coordination of inter-company transfers from manufacturing site.
• Customer invoicing.
• Aid in collection process.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•3+ years experience within an manufacturing office environment conducting Accounts Receivable or order processing
• Strong MS office skills.
