IT Support (cloud)

We are looking for a IT Support (cloud) to support clients with troubleshooting diagnostics, research and evaluation of hardware, software, operating systems and network problems on various cloud computing environments.

As a IT Support (cloud) you will primarily:

  • Respond to clients’ requests and tickets

  • Resolve technical issue while assisting clients based on SLA guidelines

  • Gather customer requirements and consult on solutions

  • Design cloud computing environments

To be successful as a IT Support (cloud) you will need strong experience with:

  • Microsoft and Mac operating systems

  • Cloud computing solutions – G Suite and Office 365

  • Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, Mac OS X, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Office

  • iPhone, Android and Windows mobile devices

  • DNS systems

  • File sharing systems


Minimum Education and Experience for the IT Support (cloud):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field

  • Two (2) years of proficient support experience supporting Cloud Computing

  • MCSA or MCSE preferred

  • Pass G Suite Administrator exam within 30 days of hire date
